You Review & Invest
Full transparency on every deal: financials, collateral, protection structure, projected returns. $0 fees. Minimum investment $10K-$25K depending on the deal.
We Close & Manage
Boilerplate subscription docs, wire instructions, and ACH setup. We handle the closing, entity structuring, and ongoing management.
You Collect Income
Monthly ACH deposits on the 1st of every month. 80/20 profit split — 80% to you, 20% to NLRE. 7-9% target yields.
